Bac Ninh sets up 666 integrated agricultural production areas
(BNP) - According to report of Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, up to now, Bac Ninh has formed 666 integrated agricultural production areas, applied scientific and technical advances in production, implemented chain links ..., contributed to improving the efficiency of agricultural production in the province.

There are 576 high-yield and high-quality rice production areas with an area of 3 hectares or more; 66 integrated vegetable production areas with an area of 5 ha or more; 24 integrated fruit tree production regions with an area of 2 hectares or more.
183 establishments have been granted certificates of eligible facilities for food safety; 56 cultivation establishments applied high technology with a total area of more than 213 hectares, of which 15 production establishments met VietGAP standards, 41 establishments produced vegetables and flowers in net houses and film houses. On the other hand, there were 6 drying machines for agricultural products, 73 cold storages with total storage output of more than 7,000 tons/year.
