Export turnover reaches more than USD 26 billion in 9 months
(BNP) - According to Department of Statistics, in the first 9 months of 2020, Bac Ninh’s export turnover was estimated at USD 26.13 billion, up 6.8% over the same period.

Among which, FDI sector reached more than USD 25.9 billion, accounting for 99%, up 6.4%; private economic sector reached USD 187.9 million, increasing by 2.3 times. Some key products of the province increased over the same period such as plastic products; textiles; textile materials and accessories; computers and components; mobile phones and accessories ... Major export markets are still in East Asian countries; America; Western Europe and Eastern Europe.
In the opposite direction, the total import turnover in 9 months was estimated at more than USD 22.6 billion, up 9.1% compared with the same period last year. Among which, the FDI sector increased by 8.2%; the private sector increased by 75.4%. Some items have high import turnover, such as raw materials for pharmaceutical production; paper of all kinds; textile accessories; electronic components, phones.
