In India, Vice Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan and Vice Chairman of HCL Group exchanged Memorandum of Understanding

Permanent Vice Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan and Vice Chairman of HCL Technology Group Sanjay Gupta exchanged the Memorandum of Understanding.

This forum is organized by the Ministry of Planning and Investment and the Embassy of Vietnam and the Confederation of Indian Industry.

Participants at the Forum were National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue and high-ranking officials of the Government and National Assembly of Vietnam and India and nearly 500 Vietnamese and Indian businesses. The Forum is held in both online and in-person formats.

At the forum, Permanent Vice Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan and Mr. Sanjay Gupta, Vice Chairman of HCL Technology Group exchanged a Memorandum of Understanding between Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee and HCL Vietnam Co., Ltd (HCL Vietnam). on project cooperation in the field of information technology training and human resource recruitment.

The memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of information technology is the premise for HCL Vietnam to cooperate for long-term development in Bac Ninh province, thus contributing to improving the quality of human resources of the province as well as making Bac Ninh province become a center for research and transfer of information technology and high technology of the whole country.
