Ly Thai To College cooperates with CAMCOM Group on training human resources for semiconductor industry
(BNP) - On March 13, Ly Thai To College (Tu Son city) worked with CAMCOM Group on implementing a cooperation program to train human resources for the semiconductor industry. Leaders of the Department of Education and Training attended the meeting.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training Doan Xuan Thanh sincerely thanked CAMCOM Group for trusting and choosing Bac Ninh province and Ly Thai To College to cooperate in developing human resources for the semiconductor industry. At the same time, he said that in recent years, Bac Ninh province has continued to affirm its leading position in attracting high-quality FDI capital, in which the semiconductor industry is playing a key role. In addition, the province has also promoted policies to attract investment, develop infrastructure and improve the quality of human resources to promote the sustainable development of the semiconductor industry in the long term, he added.
With the set goals, he hoped that Ly Thai To College and CAMCOM Group would focus on researching and implementing cooperation as soon as possible. He believed that the two sides would cooperate well to achieve the highest efficiency, thus contributing to promoting human resource development in the semiconductor industry in the province.
At the meeting, the representative from CAMCOM Group said that the Group is a Japanese human resources company, providing many services including: human resources technology, recruitment, production coordination, overseas employment support, semiconductor human resource training, etc. The Group has a revenue of about USD 1,300 million per year. In addition to the headquarters in Japan, the Group also has representative offices in many countries and in Vietnam, it has offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
Currently, the Group has full conditions for training, guidance, providing human resources services related to the semiconductor industry and updating knowledge in this field.
The Group wants to cooperate with Ly Thai To College in training human resources for the semiconductor industry. In particular, the Group will develop educational materials on semiconductors; create educational tools; build practice rooms at the school, and recruit experts and send them to Ly Thai To College for training.
After listening to the plan for human resource development orientation in the semiconductor industry in Bac Ninh province of CAMCOM Group, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Tien Dong, Principal of Ly Thai To College and delegates discussed some contents related to the training process for students when studying semiconductor; training time; tuition fees when going to Japan for training and internship. At the same time, he hoped that the Group would focus on production instead of design and research some issues regarding funding, costs, risks, etc. Therefore, they will complete a specific plan to accelerate the progress of cooperation implementation.
