Meeting with Entrepreneurs themed "Ready Procedures - Successful Projects" takes place on October 13
(BNP) - The Provincial People's Committee issued Plan on organizing the Special Entrepreneurs Meeting Program in October 2024.

With the message “Ready Procedures – Successful Projects”, the Special Entrepreneurs Meeting Program will take place on October 13, 2024 at Kinh Bac Cultural Center with an aim to providing information and new regulations on investment and land, while overcoming the “silence” of domestic private investment and the decline in growth in the region.
The program has participation of provincial leaders, departments, branches, sectors, localities; media agencies; enterprises, cooperatives in the province and enterprises interested in investing in the province, enterprises that are members of the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association, the Association of the Provincial Veteran Entrepreneurs, etc.
The program focuses on introducing a number of new regulations on bidding to select investors for projects using land in the province according to the provisions of the 2023 Law on Bidding; Decree No. 115/2024/ND-CP dated September 16, 2024 detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Bidding on selecting investors to implement investment projects using land; Decree No. 23/2004/ND-CP dated February 27, 2024 of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Bidding on selecting investors to implement projects in cases where bidding must be organized according to the provisions of the law on management of sectors and fields; introducing the auction procedures for projects using land in the province according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law and the decrees guiding its implementation.
The program also spends time exchanging and discussing between provincial leaders, departments, sectors and localities with businesses, thereby contributing to the implementation of the province's socio-economic development tasks.
