Farmers' Associations at all levels have increased propaganda and guidance to help cadres and farmer members understand Central and Provincial agriculture, farmers, and rural area policies, particularly preferential policies on land accumulation, regional planning, high-tech application, mechanization, building linkage chains in agricultural production, and participation in the OCOP Program. At the same time, actively participate in the movements "Farmers compete in good production and business", "Bac Ninh farmers say no to unsafe food", "Farmers protect the environment"...

In addition, 5 agricultural vocational training courses and propaganda, vocational training consultancy, and job consultancy for trained workers were organized; 1,481 tons of various fertilizers, 42 agricultural machines, and 3,360 tons of animal feed were provided; and members were given seeds and pesticides to use in production. 6,329 households were reviewed and assisted in registering to engage in the e-commerce trading floor; 624 professional association branches and groups, "Farmers' Science and Technology" Clubs, were founded and successfully run... At the same time, 624 Savings and Loan Groups were maintained; as of present, the total outstanding loans at banks managed by Farmers' Associations at all levels exceeds VND 1,138 billion for 23,015 households.
