More than 800 enterprises participate in tax policy dialogue
(BNP) – In the morning of September 26th, the Provincial Tax Department organized the second meeting of tax law dissemination and dialogue with taxpayers in 2019 at Kinh Bac Cultural Center.

At the conference, more than 800 enterprises under the Tax Department heard new points of the Tax Administration Law No. 38/2019 / QH14. Among which, contents focuses on the rights of taxpayers; registration, declaration and tax refund; related transactions, mechanism of prior agreement on tax calculation methods, e-commerce; the work of inspection and examination; tax management for households and individuals; organization of tax procedure services (tax agents); tax debt management ...
Also at the meeting, representatives of departments and divisions of the Provincial Tax Department directly discussed and answered the recommendations of enterprises during the implementation of tax policies related to tax incentives, exemption, reduction and tax refund; use electronic invoices; depreciation of fixed assets ... Thereby, helping enterprises and taxpayers master the new point of tax policy, and find out measures to remove difficulties and obstacles in production and business activities, contributing to the completion of the province's revenue estimates in 2019.
