PPC holds conference on reporting preparation work for “Meet Bac Ninh – Japan” program
(BNP) - On November 10, Alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan chaired a conference to report the preparation work of “Meet Bac Ninh – Japan” program and an art program called “Cultural colors of Vietnam – Japan”.
Overview of the Conference.
The “Meet Bac Ninh – Japan” program and the art program called “Cultural colors of Vietnam – Japan” are expected to take place on November 17 at Kinh Bac Cultural Center (Bac Ninh city). This is an event to mark the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan, with main activities such as: exchanging and introducing the investment environment of Bac Ninh province; signing a memorandum of understanding between the Provincial People's Committee and Japan's Nihon Toyo Group; an art program with performances of Quan Ho folk songs, Kimono performances, Taiko drum performances, Yosakoi dance...
At the conference, delegates reported on the preparation work to organize the program as well as exchanged, discussed, and agreed on a number of contents related to the program script, number, and composition of delegates attending the events; art performances and so on.
Concluding the conference, Standing Vice Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan emphasized that The “Meet Bac Ninh – Japan” program and the art program called “Cultural colors of Vietnam – Japan” are important events of the province. At the same time, this is an opportunity to promote the image of the cultural land and people of Bac Ninh to Japanese partners and people as well as enhance investment and trade cooperation serving the province's socio-economic development.
