Recording violations of 8/8 production facilities in Man Xa industrial cluster

The teams directly worked with and listened to the owners of production facility report on compliance with legal regulations on environment, fire prevention and fighting, planning and construction.

Through checking records and conducting actual inspections at production facilities, the teams have recorded violations of 8/8 facilities and sent them to the authorities for sanctioning according to regulations.

The main violations included: lack of an Environmental License, Construction License or design appraisal document from a specialized construction agency; not showing a dossier to manage fire prevention and fighting and rescue work, not equipping a fire fighting system according to regulations, not organizing training on fire prevention and fighting and rescue.

In the coming time, the teams will continue to conduct inspections on 100% of facilities in the Man Xa industrial cluster according to the set plan.
