Provincial leaders visits a number of enterprises in Tu Son town
(BNP) – On the afternoon of February 11, a delegation of the province led by Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Vice Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee visited and checked the situation of production and business in a number of enterprises in Tu Son town.
Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phong visits Thang Long Packing Import-Export Production Joint Stock Company.
The delegation visited Thang Long Packing Import-Export Production Joint Stock Company in Ma Ong Industrial Cluster, Dinh Bang ward. This is a business in the supporting industry operating in the field of packing production. The company’s revenue of 2019 was nearly VND 500 billion, paid more than VND 3 billion to the State budget, and created jobs for more than 1,000 employees with an income of 7-8 million VND/person/month. The company proposed to lease land to expand production ground with an aim to meeting the needs of supplying products to partners as well as towards the sustainable development of the business.
Directly visiting and checking production conditions at the enterprises, Vice Chairman Nguyen Van Phong acknowledged the contributions of enterprises to economic development, job creation, and social security in the town. Besides, he assigned Department of Industry and Trade to review and make statistics on the enterprises producing auxiliary products in the province; grasp difficulties and problems of enterprises to report the Provincial People's Committee before February 25. On that basis, the province would set up a consultancy group chaired by Department of Industry and Trade to overcome difficulties of enterprises.
Visiting Huong Mai Furniture Company, Dong Ky ward, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phong assigned agencies to advise solutions to accelerate the work of propaganda and introduction of the handicraft villages' products through channels, thereby connecting the community of trade villages to develop tourism, expand trade and international integration as well as removing difficulties to help craft villages develop and integrate with the market mechanism.
