Provincial People's Armed Forces Mass Art Festival 2023 opens
(BNP) - On July 5, the Provincial Military Command held the opening ceremony of the People's Arts Festival of the Armed Forces in Bac Ninh province in 2023.

Attending the festival were representatives of the leaders of Military Region I, the Provincial Military Command, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and numerous officers and soldiers in the province.
Held every 5 years, the Provincial People's Armed Forces Mass Art Festival is a practical activity for meeting the cultural and spiritual lives of cadres and soldiers and fostering talents for soldiers; promoting emulation movements, striving to successfully complete assigned tasks, building a strong and comprehensive unit that is "exemplary and typical". As a result, the finest unit will be chosen to attend the 13th Military Region I Armed Forces Mass Art Festival, which will be held in mid-August 2023.
This year's festival attracted more than 300 actors and musicians from 13 units under the Provincial Military Command. Each unit presents a general art program lasting 25-30 minutes, with the repertoire including solo, duet, dance, instrumental solo, short drama, animation..., the content focuses on praising the glorious Party and great Uncle Ho, praising the homeland, the country, the glorious tradition of the heroic Vietnamese People's Army and the beauty in combat and readiness of the Provincial Armed Forces; promoting the role of the armed forces in building new countryside, maintaining peace.
The festival lasted two days and ended with an award ceremony on July 6, 2023.
