Secretary Nguyen Nhan Chien visits and works with Kinh Bac City Development Share Holding Corporation

(BNP) – Mr. Nguyen Nhan Chien, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Head of Provincial Delegation of National Assembly on May 15 visited and worked with Kinh Bac City Development Share Holding Corporation to capture the situation of production and business as well as resolve recommendations of the Company.

Joining the delegation were Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of Provincial People’s Committee; leaders of departments, relevant sectors, and localities.

Kinh Bac City Development Share Holding Corporation is an investor of 02 projects including Que Vo Industrial Park, Nam Son - Hap Linh Industrial Park, and Phuc Ninh Urban Area (Bac Ninh City). Among which, Que Vo Industrial Park has a total area of 611ha and consists of 02 phases (Que Vo Industrial Park and Que Vo Industrial Park (expansion area). Up to now, the infrastructure has basically completed and attracted investors; the landfill rate reached 99%. Accumulated to the end of 2019, the Industrial Park has attracted 364 FDI projects with a total investment of more than USD 2,700 million and 89 domestic projects with a total registered capital of nearly VND 8,700 billion.

For Nam Son - Hap Linh Industrial Park, in 2020, the Company would conduct business, negotiate and sign land lease contracts with investors; continue investing in the construction of a clean water treatment plant and roads in the assigned area.

Project of Phuc Ninh New Urban Area has a total area of over 136ha. Until now, 90ha has been cleared.

At the working session, Secretary Nguyen Nhan Chien, Chairwoman Nguyen Huong Giang and leaders of departments and sectors listened and directly responded to the Company's proposals and recommendations related to site clearance compensation, clean water supply and sewage treatment in Industrial Parks; progress of Nam Son - Hap Linh Industrial Park project; construction of worker housing area and adjustment of construction planning of Que Vo Industrial Park (expansion area); construction of Kinh Duong Vuong route and completion of synchronous infrastructure around Phuc Ninh new urban area ...

Secretary Nguyen Nhan Chien suggested departments, agencies, and localities to closely coordinate with the Company to solve problems within their assigned competence; regularly pay attention to the progress to promptly solve and support enterprises in pushing up production and business as well as promoting economic development, thereby contributing to the province’s overall development.

He also requested Kinh Bac City Development Share Holding Corporation to continue reviewing dossiers of projects and assigning professional cadres to actively work with departments, branches, and localities in a flexible, effective, and compliant manner.
