Some typical projects of Bac Ninh province after 25 anniversary of its re-establishment

The project of Southwest intersection (Bac Ninh city) is the first roundabout and underpass system in Bac Ninh and one of the largest intersections connecting the Hanoi - Bac Giang expressway and National Highway 18, Noi Bai - Ha Long expressway.

Binh Than Bridge was started construction in November 2012 with a total cost of more than VND 1,635 billion. Among which, the main bridge length is 1,659.7m; the branch bridge length is more than 370 m, the bridge width is 16 m, bridge path width is 8 - 11 m. The starting point is in the territory of Van Ninh and Gia Binh communes, the end point is in the territory of Duc Long and Que Vo communes.

The whole province has now 16 integrated industrial parks approved by the Prime Minister with a total area of 6,398 ha; 10 among them have been put into operation with the occupancy rate of 91.2%.

Bac Ninh Institute of Planning and Architecture was started in September 2016, with an area of ​​1ha, including 02 blocks: the architectural planning exhibition block and the office block of the Department of Construction.

Commercial centers, hotels, high-rise mixed-use buildings rapidly develop with many high-rise buildings on the main streets of the city. Bac Ninh architecture has been clearly shaped in the direction of modernity combined with tradition.

Covering on an area of 19,400m2, the Quan Ho Bac Ninh Folk Song Theater was built from September 2016. The work has a unique and harmonious architecture, creating a special performance space for Quan Ho lovers.

Operating since December 2008, Kinh Bac Cultural Center is a typical cultural work of the province.

Bac Ninh Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital officially put into operation on July 25, 2015. As of September 27, 2019, the hospital was ranked as a provincial specialized hospital grade I, specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Pediatrics with 500 beds and 24 departments/rooms/units.

Bac Ninh High School for the Gifted is one of the key works and is a typical cultural and educational work. The work covers on an area of ​​3.9 hectares. It was completed and put into use on the occasion of the new school year 2016-2017.
