Standing Vice Chairman receives and works with Binh Phuoc delegation
(BNP) - On April 16, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan received and worked with a delegation of Binh Phuoc province led by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Anh Minh on exchanging experiences in State management, investment attraction in industrial parks (IPs), development of human resources as well as model of social housing for workers.

Tuan quickly informed the outstanding achievements of the province’s socio-economic development in recent years. 10 out of 16 integrated IPs put into operation with a high occupancy rate. the province has now issued investment registrations to 1,735 valid foreign investment projects from 38 countries and territories with a total registered investment capital of USD 22.6 billion.
Up to now, 47 social housing projects have been implemented with a total land area of 148.87 hectares including 21 housing projects for workers and 26 low-income housing projects.
Tuan hoped that the two provinces of Bac Ninh and Binh Phuoc would share and learn experiences in investment attraction, construction of social housing as well as human resource development, thereby, promoting socio-economic development, improving people's living standards.
At the meeting, Tuan and leaders of departments and branches shared experiences clarified a number of issues such as the cooperation model between government, enterprise and the locality; the site clearance of IPs; the policies to support enterprises in IPs for investment attraction; the project management of social housing for workers; the social housing planning in rural areas; the policy of labor restructure, etc.
For his part, Vice Chairman Minh briefly introduced the achievements of Binh Phuoc province’s socio-economic development in the past time. He highly appreciated the specific exchanges, suggestions and sharing of the Bac Ninh province’ leaders, departments and sectors.
He hoped that the departments and branches of the two provinces would continue to coordinate, exchange and support each other in investment attraction in IPs, human resources, development of social housing projects for workers... thereby, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of the two localities.
