2. In 2022, Bac Ninh's economy grew rapidly, exceeding the set plan. GRDP increased by 7.39% compared to 2021; GRDP per capita increased by 7.6%; Index of industrial production (IIP) increased by 6.03%; Total retail sales of consumer goods and services increased by 36.7%; Credit balance increased by 19%; Total export turnover of goods ranked second nationwide; Economic structure continued to shift effectively: Industry - construction accounted for 76.5%, services accounted for 17.2%, agriculture, forestry and fishery accounted for 2.5%, product tax accounted for 3. ,8%.

5. The Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) reached 69.45 points, ranked 7th, up 3 ranks compared to 2020; The province's SIPAS index ranked 7th, up 2 ranks compared to 2020; PAR Index reached 86.67 points, an increase of 1.37 points compared to 2020; The index assessing the level of digital transformation at the ministerial and provincial levels ranks fourth in the country.
