The number of newly-established enterprises increases by 21.6%

(BNP) - According to report of Department of Planning and Investment, in the first 2 months of 2020, the province issued business registration certificates to 326 enterprises, increasing 21.6% compared to the same period in 2019 with the total registered capital of over VND 2,686 billion. The average registered capital per newly established enterprise reached VND 8.24 billion.

Accordingly, the province issued registration to set up branches, representative offices and business locations for 90 affiliated units; carried out dissolution procedures for 50 enterprises and 116 affiliated units; 46 enterprises transformed their operations; 119 enterprises and 15 affiliated units regained operation.

Up to now, there are 16,368 enterprises operating in the province with a total registered capital of more than VND 244,843 billion, the average registered capital per enterprise reached VND 14.96 billion. Of which, 530 private enterprises; 8,878 One Member Limited Liability Company; 4,548 Limited Liability Companies with 2 or more members; 2,412 joint stock companies. Besides, the province issues operation certificates to 3,180 branches, representative offices and business locations.

In addition, 599 enterprises and 72 affiliated units are temporarily suspended with a total registered capital of more than VND 3,534 billion.
