Vice Chairman Le Xuan Loi attends Great National Solidarity Festival in Mao Trung quarter, Phuong Mao ward

Mao Trung quarter is located in the center of Phuong Mao ward. Currently, the quarter has 387 households with nearly 1,485 people. People's income mainly comes from multi-industry service business, in addition, the majority of young workers participate in labor in factories in the Industrial Park. In 2024, the Party Cell, the authority, the Front Work Committee and mass organizations have actively propagated and mobilized people to comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies, and local regulations. They promote economic development, care for education and training, take care of people's health, ensure social security, and maintain security and order in residential areas. The rate of solid high-rise houses accounts for 99.5%, there are no dilapidated level 4 houses; 100% of households use clean water; 98% of households meet the standards of a cultural family; for many consecutive years the quarter has achieved the title of cultural quarter; the rate of cremation and electric cremation of the deceased reached 100%...

Speaking at the festival, Vice Chairman Le Xuan Loi praised Mao Trung quarter and Phuong Mao ward for their leadership and management, promoting their homeland’s fine traditions, building great national unity, creating combined strength, and successfully implementing the set political tasks.

He suggested that in the coming time, the Party Committee, Party Cell and Party cadres in the quarter should actively implement the Party's Resolutions and Directives, maintain the implementation of the theme "Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh"; regularly do a good job of political and ideological education, take care of training and developing Party members, do a good job of inspection; maintain the title of a clean and strong Party Cell.

The Front Working Committee and mass organizations actively innovate the content and methods of operation, strengthened the building of great national unity in residential areas; closely follow the local political tasks, propagate and mobilize people to promote patriotic emulation movements, effectively implement the campaigns "National unity to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods"; the whole people unite to participate in donating land to build traffic infrastructure...

At the festival, Vice Chairman Le Xuan Loi awarded a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to the Mao Trung Quarter Front Working Committee for its outstanding achievements in implementing the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" in 2023 - 2024; Chairman of the Phuong Mao Ward People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to exemplary cultural families; many disadvantaged households received gifts from the province and Que Vo town.
