Announce construction material prices in October 2018

Cement is mainly construction material in the works in the province

Accordingly, in Bac Ninh city, construction sand, stone at all types will cost at between VND 103,915 and 343,915/m3, and VND 95,835 and 241,766/m3 in turn. Prices of cement, asphalt are ranged from between VND 960,000 and 1,400,000/tons, and VND 11,600 and 14,600/kg, respectively; meanwhile gasoline, oil cost from VND 13,545 to 20,309/liter and so on.

In Tu Son town, construction sand, stone cost from VND 99,180 to 339,180/m3 and from VND 176,545to 241,545 /m3 in turn; while price of asphalt concrete is ranged from VND 954,497 to 1,140,498/tons. In the district, the respective prices are VND 97,708 to 342,361/m3 of sand; from VND 175,285 to 248,999/m3 of stone; and VND 954,497 to 1,183,132/tons of asphalt concrete.

Investors, consultancy units, and contractors, when using information on material price to set up and manage construction investment expenses, shall base on the locations of works, places of materials supply, the quantity of materials, the investment objective, the design requirements, and the regulations on the quality management to select the appropriate materials and determine its prices.
