Bac Ninh ensures conditions for successfully organizing U9 National Football Tournament Toyota Cup 2023

Provincial multi-purpose gymnasium - the venue for the U9 National Football Tournament Toyota Cup 2023.

The U9 National Football Tournament Toyota Cup 2023 will take place from August 10 to August 23, 2023 in Bac Ninh province with the participation of 16 teams including Bac Ninh, Phu Tho, T&T Bac Giang, H.Y.S Hanoi, and Hanoi football club, KELME Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Viet Hung Thanh Hoa, Song Lam Nghe An, Dak Nong, Kon Tum, Binh Phuoc Agricultural Extension, PSFC Gia Lai, Luxcom Ngoc Hung Ho Chi Minh City, Thuan An Binh Duong and Van Tam Dong Nai.

To prepare for the successful organization of the Championship in Bac Ninh, the province has established a local Organizing Committee consisting of 12 members led by the Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union as the Head; established 01 subcommittee to assist and assign specific tasks to members.

Inside Provincial Multi-Purpose Gymnasium is modernly designed, where domestic and international tournaments are held.

Along with that, the province actively made and carried out plans to ensure health, security, order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting, rescue, etc. at the accommodation and competition places of the participating delegations.

The work of propaganda is also widely deployed with variety of rich and diversified forms. The event is also strongly propagated on the mass media, banners, panels,.., thereby,  creating an atmosphere of excitement and excitement. The streets are also neatly decorated and clean.

The preparations for the competition basically completed at the Provincial Multi-Purpose Gymnasium - where the competition will be held. The Bac Ninh Provincial Multi-Purpose Gymnasium is assessed to have spacious and modern facilities, with a seating capacity of over 2,500 people. This is also the place that has successfully organized many domestic and international sports tournaments.

The major background decorating, the hanging of the national flag, the hanging of banners, posters and slogans... were all done. Along with that, the basic equipment for the competition has been fully arranged, ensuring thoughtful and convenient for the operation of the Organizing Committee as well as the activities of the athletes participating in the competition.

Along Ly Thai To road and the road leading to the Provincial Multi-Purpose Gymnasium, posters and panels were decorated to welcome the Tournament.

With the thoughtful and thorough preparation of the local Organizing Committee and the experience of many times successfully organizing domestic and international sports tournaments, the U9 National Football Tournament Toyota Cup 2023 in Bac Ninh is expected to be a huge success.
