Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism organizes film series celebrating 78th anniversary of August Revolution (August 19) and National Day (September 2)

Accordingly, from August 19 to September 5, 2023, the film series celebrating the 78th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of September 2 will be held nationwide.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism assigned the Cinema Department to coordinate with the National Documentary and Scientific Film Studio One Member Company Limited, Vietnam Animation Studio Joint Stock Company, and Giai Phong Film Joint Stock Company, Department of Culture and Sports, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Film Distribution and Screening Center, Cinema Center,  Cinema Culture Center, Arts and Culture Center, Cultural Centers of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government to organize the film series nationwide.

Films selected to be screened in the Series include:

Documentary film "Diplomatic steps and an unwanted war" (Ho Chi Minh in 1946 - part 2) produced by Vietking Communications Joint Stock Company;

"Professor Ta Quang Buu - Patriotic Scientist" produced by the National Documentary and Scientific Film Studio One Member Company Limited;

"Land Spirit Keepers " produced by Giai Phong Film Joint Stock Company;

Cartoon "Dream of Motherhood" produced by Vietnam Animation Studio Joint Stock Company;

"Crossing the Black Water Line" produced by Giai Phong Film Joint Stock Company.
