Bac Ninh welcomes about 60,000 visitors during holiday season
(BNP) – According to a report by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, during the Hung Kings Commemoration Day, April 30 and May 1, Bac Ninh welcomed about 60,000 visitors with an increase of 30-40% compared with same period in 2022; tourism revenue reached VND 40 billion.

During the holiday of Hung Kings Commemoration Day, April 30 and May 1, Bac Ninh organized a series of cultural, sports and tourism activities, creating a useful playground for the people, contributing to promoting the image of people, values and cultural heritage of Bac Ninh homeland. Specifically, the program of singing Quan ho folk song on a boat with the theme "Pride melody" at the lake of Bac Ninh Quan Ho Folk Song Theater, Viem Xa area, Hoa Long ward, Bac Ninh city; the thematic exhibition on "President Ho Chi Minh with the Party Committee, government and people of Bac Ninh province" at the Provincial Museum; the artprogram: "Bac Ninh in Summer 2023" at Kinh Bac Cultural Center Square, etc.
