Opening the art relief "Follow the history and culture of Bac Ninh - Kinh Bac"

Leaders open the sign of art relief.

The 63-meter-length and 9-meter-height art relief built with green stone material at Ngoc Han Cong Chua Street, Bac Ninh City rehearses Bac Ninh's cultural history from the ancient time to the present.

The center of the relief is the symbol of the Bodhi leaf and the Dragon in Ly dynasty with the stylized lotus flowers. Its left side is the image of General Ly Thuong Kiet defeating 10 thousand invaders of Song Dynasty on the battle of Nhu Nguyet river; while the left side is Bac Ninh Ancient Citadel where witnessed the uprising of the Bac Ninh people to seize the liberation from France invader.

The relief also shows the culture, academic tradition with Bac Ninh Temple of Literature where worship 677 feudal-era doctors. Typical festivals, traditional craft villages, rituals of Quan Ho folk songs of and Ca Tru, and typical historical relics such as Kinh Duong Vuong Tomb; Dau Pagoda, But Thap Pagoda; Phat Tich Temple, Do Temple,... have created the unique characteristics of Bac Ninh's land and people.

In particular, with the co-axial and integrated location with the Monument of Heroic Martyrs, the art relief is a typical architectural project showing the strong development of Bac Ninh in the period of integration and development. This is also a cultural and artistic project to arouse pride and educate historical tradition, culture, revolution of Bac Ninh homeland - Kinh Bac, contributing to creating motivation and pride for the people, especially the youth generation in developing Bac Ninh in the direction of modernity, civilization and cultural identity.
