II. Position and functions

Bac Ninh Public Administration Center is an agency of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province (Provincial People's Committee). The center is the central focal point for receiving, guiding, supervising, urging and returning the results of settlement of administrative procedures by organizations and individuals as prescribed; participate in proposing solutions to modernize the administration and apply information technology, apply electronic software to computerize all administrative transactions in settling administrative procedures and provide translation services. High level online public service.

The Center has the legal status, its own seal and account as prescribed by law; under the management, direction and administration of the organization, personnel and work of the Provincial People's Committee; at the same time subject to the direction and professional guidance of competent state agencies.
