The opening performance of Japanese drums and Bac Ninh Quan ho folk songs was performed by a group of actors, actresses, and musician from Bac Ninh province and Japan.

The introduction of the typical Japanese costumes: Kimono and Yukata.

In Japan, Kimono and Yukata are the two types of traditional clothing worn on different special occasions.

Kimono is the common name for traditional Japanese clothing. Yukata is an unlined cotton kimono worn in summer. According to the ancient tradition, Yukata usually has two styles: white - blue or dark blue - white. However, in recent years, Yukata has been designed with more diverse and prominent colors.

Yosakoi – A traditional Japanese dance.

Yosakoi dance is a traditional Japanese dance that originated in Kochi city and is performed at festivals and events all over Japan, especially at famous festivals.

Taiko drumming performance – The heartbeat of Japan.

Taiko drumming performances, the soul of festivals with powerful and inspiring sounds, touch people’s hearts throughout thousands of years of history. This is also a cultural beauty of the Japanese loved by music enthusiasts around the world.

Japanese folk instrument ensemble with the work “Kokoro No tomo” (Fairy Night) by the famous composer and singer Itsuwa Mayumi.

The Program ended with a medley of “Nét son Kinh Bắc” and “Tomodachi” (Friendship) performed by a group of actors, actresses and musicians from Bac Ninh province and Japan.

The Program aimed to further strengthen the friendship between the Government and people of Vietnam and Japan as well as the deep affection of Bac Ninh province’s Party, authority and people for the Japanese.
