Tan Cang Que Vo Port and Que Vo II Industrial Park - Phase 2 to be built
(BNP) - Provincial People's Committee has issued Decision approving the detailed planning at the scale of 1/500 of Tan Cang Que Vo port and the construction sub-zone planning at the scale 1/2,000 Que Vo II Industrial Park (IP) - phase 2.

Located in Chau Phong and Duc Long communes with an area of 96,440m2, Tan Cang Que Vo port serves the economic development of the province and meet the needs for developing logistics services in the region.
The port is planned with main functional areas including: wharf area for loading and unloading goods; Warehouse area; Administrative and service area; Technical area; Green area. These areas are connected by internal roads, specialized freight roads in the port and external roads to the outside.
As a clean, environmentally friendly IP, Que Vo II IP- Phase 2 covers an area of 277ha in 02 communes of Chau Phong and Duc Long and is expected to be home for 150,000 - 170,000 employees in its full operation. This IP is equipped with all facilities of the IP including factory; administratiion, service, technical infrastructure, trees, traffic, parking which is convenient for use.
The construction sub-zone planning of Que Vo II IP- Phase 2 is a step to concretize the Project of regional construction planning adjustment of Bac Ninh province to 2035, with a vision to 2050. It also plays as a legal basis to build the technical infrastructure of the IP; make construction investment and management for projects in the IP according to planning.
