Trinh Xa communal house, Chau Khe ward
(BNP) - Trinh Xa communal house, Chau Khe ward, Tu Son city was built a long time ago. During the resistance war against the French (1946 - 1954) the communal house was completely destroyed. After many times of restoration and embellishment, the communal house still retains the architecture of Chinese “Dinh” letter.
Trinh Xa communal house is the place to worship Quy Minh Dai Vuong - the king of South Vietnam (207 - 136 BC), currently includes the following items: Great Communal Hall, Emperor’s Harem, gate and auxiliary works.
In front of the communal house is the village gate which was built in the past, still intact today.
The communal house gate (Tam Mon – three gates) was built on a large scale according to ancient architecture.
The Great Communal Hall has 5 compartments, 2 lean-tons, 4 traditional curved roofs.
In front of the Great Communal Hall is a pair of stone dragons and a statue of a beast.
Emperor’s Harem has 3 compartments, traditional architecture.

The Communal House festival is held on March 10 lunar month every year, with a solemn ceremony, a jubilant part, including many games, traditional sports competitions, and singing Quan Ho on the boat. Trinh Xa communal house is ranked as a provincial-level historical-cultural relic according to Decision No. 127/QD-UBND dated February 9, 1995.
