Tu Son City Logo Design Contest held

Standing Vice Chairman of Tu Son City People’s Committee Dam The Su, Head of the Organizing Committee, hopes that the contest will spread widely, attracting the participation of many painters and artists nationwide.

The contest aims to select a city logo for official use in information and propaganda activities for political tasks, socio-economic development, culture, internal and external affairs, attracting investment and promoting tourism in Tu Son city. It also contributes to preserving and promoting historical values, cultural traditions, awakening love for the homeland and country and competing to successfully implement the city’s development goals.

The contest is open to all organizations and individuals who are Vietnamese citizens with the ability and desire to participate. The work must demonstrate the cultural identity, historical traditions and socio-economic development of Tu Son city. The work’s form must ensure aesthetics, simplicity, easy to remember and recognize, modernity and high generality, creating an impression on the public, while ensuring no copyright disputes.

The Council will review and select 10 works through the Preliminary Round to enter the Final Round. The prize structure includes 1 First Prize worth VND 100 million and the remaining 9 logo designs will be supported by the Organizing Committee for creation costs. After being selected, the works will be announced to collect opinions from the people, experts and approved for use. The contest is expected to be concluded and awarded in March 2025.
