Xuan Hoi communal house
(BNP) - The communal house of Xuan Hoi hamlet, Lac Ve commune, Tien Du district, was constructed on a grand scale and in accordance with traditional design in the early 17th century. Vietnamese folk art and architecture are expressed through the structures, architectural details, and carved designs on sacrifices, steles, diaphragms, and couplets.

Xuan Hoi communal house is located in the middle of the village, facing south, in front is a lake, on both sides is a road, and behind is a crowded residential area. The communal house has a yard, a garden with many ornamental plants and a rockery, creating a quiet and ethereal space.

The traditional festival is held with the festival procession on February 9 and the ritual ceremony on February 10, along with cultural performances and folk games such as: singing Quan Ho, cheo singing, tuong performance, wrestling, cock fighting and human chess have shown the spirit of solidarity of the village community here.
The communal house of Xuan Hoi village was classified as a historical and cultural relic by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 289/QD-UBND, dated February 28, 2007.
