69 science and technology projects in agriculture to be deployed
(BNP) - In the past 5 years (2016 - 2020), the province has implemented 69 science and technology projects in the agricultural sector, with a total capital of nearly VND 93 billion. Among which, there are 15 science and technology organizations, 13 enterprises investing in hi-tech agricultural production with a capital of VND 34.2 billion.

The projects focus on research and application of technical advances in breeds, intensive farming methods, biotechnology ..., contributing to improving the productivity and quality of agricultural products, promoting the restructure of crops and animals…
The propaganda, dissemination of guidelines, policies, and transfer of scientific and technical advances are focused, over 200 training courses on cultivation and animal husbandry for 20,000 farmers are held. At the same time, the agricultural sector deployed about 30 models/year applying scientific and technical advances to agricultural, forestry and fishery production.
By 2025, the proportion of agriculture with high technology applications in agricultural production strives to reach 35-40%.
