The contents of planning adjustment consist of the update of construction planning of Gia Binh district, general planning of Gia Binh urban area and construction planning of Dong Cuu, Lang Ngam and Dai Bai communes; reorganization of the traffic system, space architecture, landscape and land use in some areas in the IP; swap positions; recalculation of the structure of land types in the IP, etc.

Regarding functional zoning, it is necessary to arrange all functions of the IP including land areas to build the factory, infrastructure; administration, services, traffic, car parks and so on.
