Bac Ninh city strengthens land management

(BNP) - In 2024, work of state management for land in Bac Ninh city continued to achieve positive results, thereby effectively contributing to the city's economic, cultural, and social growth.

Governments at all levels, from the city to the grassroots, have promoted administrative procedure reform on land, creating the most favorable conditions for organizations and individuals in terms of land-related legal issues; issues arising in compensation and site clearance have been resolved quickly, contributing to the acceleration of the implementation of many key projects; and many land violations have been resolved, resulting in widespread agreement among all classes of people.

In 2024, Bac Ninh city focused on urging the implementation of Conclusion No. 739-KL/TU and Conclusion No. 740-KL/TU dated June 12, 2023 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; reviewed and classified cases of unauthorized land allocation, encroachment, and arbitrary change of land use purpose in the city, a total of 5,149 cases with a total area of ​​87.71 hectares; issued 22 Certificates for cases; organized the review and approval of 92 residential service land plots for households and individuals in 02 projects in Van An, Vo Cuong, and Van Duong wards and granted 60 land use right certificates to households and individuals in projects in the area.
