Bac Ninh Customs Department holds second dialogue with businesses in 2024

(BNP) - On the afternoon of August 13, Bac Ninh Customs Department organized the second dialogue conference with businesses on the customs field in 2024 at Kinh Bac Cultural Center.


Overview of the Dialogue Conference.

At the Conference, delegates heard representatives from Bac Ninh Customs Department introduce a number of new documents and policies on customs and related regulations; general information on some warning note contents related to investment activities, import and export of goods of enterprises; information on some warnings of enterprises’ errors and violations through post-customs clearance inspection; some support and preferential policies for import-export businesses...

At the same time, delegates also listened to representatives from Vietinbank Que Vo Industrial Park Branch introduce solutions to support customers with import and export activities such as: providing flexible and comprehensive financial packages, minimizing effectively optimize cash flow; loan interest rate; connect payments directly to the customs and tax payment system; preferential fees for property insurance, insurance for imported and exported goods.

Leaders of Bac Ninh Customs Department and the Consulting Team directly answered problems in the process of implementing customs procedures such as: the process of declaring and submitting certificates of origin of exported goods; customs procedures for goods from foreign countries sent to bonded warehouses; open customs declarations for imported goods when changing the purpose of use; exemption from export and import taxes for specific types of goods; inspection declaration; import machinery according to customs compliance norms; conditions for not collecting taxes on processed goods, export production, export processing. Therefore, these help businesses grasp and update new legal policies on customs, remove difficulties and obstacles that arise during the operation of State management mechanisms of the Customs sector as well as practical production, import-export and export business activities of enterprises.
