Bac Ninh develops more than 400,000 mobile phone subscribers
(BNP) - According to report of Department of Information and Communications, by 2020, the province developed more than 400,000 mobile phone subscribers, with an increase of 7% compared to 2019.

Up to now, the province has nearly 2.2 million mobile phone subscribers, reaching the density rate of 156 subscribers/100 people, of which 2.160,000 mobile phone subscribers, 32,000 fixed telephone subscribers. Demand for Internet services in the province continued to rapidly increase with a total of more than 1 million subscribers (of which, wireless broadband Internet subscribers are 800,000), reaching a density of 73 subscribers / 100 people. The total number of pay-TV subscribers is 130,000, reaching a density of 9 subscribers per 100 people.
In 2020, the total revenue of the post and telecommunications sector reached about 2,700 billion VND, an increase of 14.2% compared to 2019.
