Bac Ninh wins 02 Silver Medals of Red River Delta Art Photo Festival

The festival received 1,912 single and set photos by 281 photographers from 9 provinces and cities in the Red River Delta. Artworks snapped landscapes, cultures, tangible and intangible heritages, etc., with the content capturing the natural beauty, country and people in the Red River Delta region; economic, scientific and technical achievements, social security, national defense - security, strengthening international exchange and integration; typical examples in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style; as well as reflecting the beauty of craft villages, scenic spots, the beauty of the cultural and spiritual life of the people in preserving and promoting the national cultural identity.

The judge council selected 148 photos and sets of photos for display; selected 14 awarded artworks; including 1 Gold medal, 3 Silver medals, 4 Bronze medals and 6 Consolation prizes. At the same time, 2 teams were awarded to excellent units.

Bac Ninh has 21 photos and photo sets (19 single photos, 2 photo sets) of 10 photographers participating in the exhibition. Among them, two photographers won the Silver Medals including: photographer Ly Viet Dung with the artwork "Tạo hình cho gốm Phù Lãng" (Shaping Phu Lang ceramics); photographer Nguyen Trong Hieu with the artwork "Sách là bạn - Là tri thức" (Books are friends – knowledge).
