Dai Trung Temple- National Monument
(BNP) - Dai Trung Temple, Got Hamlet, Viet Hung Commune, Que Vo District was built in 1660.

The temple has an architecture of Chinese “Dinh” letter.
According to the sources, Dai Trung Temple worships 6 Dukes (Quan Cong) of the Nguyen Duc family with meritorious services under the Le - Trinh dynasties: Duke Hung, Duke Cam, Duke An, Duke of Que, Duke of Nham, and Duke of Giao.

Nguyen Duc is a big family in Que Vo district, the main lineage (great elder) of this family is in Que O village, Chi Lang commune. The Nguyen Duc family is the family with the most martial arts officials in the homeland and the country with 3 conferred kings, 5 masters, and 18 dukes.

Dai Trung Temple includes architectural works: gate, temple, tomb tower. In particular, the 5-compartment Front Ceremonial Hall.

The Front Ceremonial Hall placed 3 stone altars in the 3 middle naves. The 1- compartment Emperor’s harem has a rather special architecture and has been kept intact since the Le Dynasty until now.
Stone animals dating back to the Le Dynasty include: horses, dogs, and stone elephants on the premises.

In front of the temple door, on both sides of the yard, there are rows of stone animals dating back to the Le Dynasty, including horses, dogs, and stone elephants.
The tomb tower was newly built by the family.
Typical artifacts include: 06 animal statues of the Le Dynasty; 01 stone incense in the Le Dynasty (outside the yard); 01 stone incense in the Le Dynasty; ancient stone system of the Le Dynasty; 03 thrones of the Nguyen Dynasty; 02 20th century worshiping statues; 01 ancient phoenix in the Nguyen Dynasty; 04 horizontal lacquered board, 06 couplets in the 21st century.
Antiquities and architectural works of the Le Dynasty here have great historical and artistic value.
