Delegation of Lang Son province has experience exchange in Bac Ninh

Vice Chairman of Lang Son Provincial People’s Committee presents a gift to Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Phong

Speaking at the working session, Vice Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee expressed his honor and happiness receiving the delegation of Lang Son province to visit and work in Bac Ninh, and at the same time briefed on remarkable achievements in the socio-economic development of the province over the past years. Vice Chairman emphasized that in addition to the strong development of economy and society, the work of administrative reform has always been paid attention and guided by the provincial leaders, which tends to improve the business environment, enhance the effectiveness of public administrative governance, and facilitate people and enterprises in business and production development.

Particularly, the establishment of a Public Administrative Center under the Provincial People's Committee and 08 District’s Public Administrative Centers has confirmed the strong determination of the province in reforming administrative procedures, creating the incentive investment environment, thereby strongly promoting the process of socio-economic development of the locality.

So far, after more than one year of its operation, there have been 1,298 administrative procedures of all departments under the Provincial People's Committee applied at the Provincial Administrative Center. The rate of dossiers, which are settled on time is 100%.

During the meeting, leaders of relevant departments and sectors of Bac Ninh and Lang Son provinces directly exchanged and shared experiences on the advantages and disadvantages associated with administrative reform, especially the experience of Bac Ninh province in establishment and maintenance of the models of the Provincial Public Administrative Center, Public Administrative Centers at the district level, and One-Stop-Shop at the commune level, and  the application of information technology to the settlement of administrative procedures, etc.

After delivering the gratitude to leaders of Bac Ninh province for the warm welcome, on behalf of the delegation, the Vice Chairman of Lang Son Provincial People's Committee Mr. Nguyen Long Hai congratulated and highly appreciated the outstanding achievements of Bac Ninh province over the past years.

Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee of Lang Son province emphasized that thanks to the sincere and open sharing of leaders of Bac Ninh province, the delegation would be able to learn valuable experiences in administrative reform, especially, the establishment and maintenance of the operation of the provincial public administrative center, thus helping Lang Son province to build a Public Administrative Center in the near future.
