Evaluation of results of development cooperation program between Bac Giang and Bac Ninh provinces

Members of the Party Central Committee including Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Bac Ninh Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies; and Mr. Nguyen Van Gau, Secretary of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee co-chaired the conference.

After 2 years of implementing the Memorandum of Understanding No. 211-BB/TUBG-TUBN dated February 9, 2023 of the Standing Committees of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee and the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee on implementing measures for coordination and development linkage between Bac Giang and Bac Ninh provinces in the 2023-2025 period and the following years, the Standing Committees of the two provinces have directed specialized agencies to proactively coordinate, exchange and share experiences in the work of assigning administrative and career staff of administrative organizations and public service units in the 2022-2026 period.

In implementing investment promotion, the two provinces closely coordinated to introduce potential investors, strengths of each province to participate in surveying, investing in infrastructure of industrial zones and clusters; linking to attract the development of advantageous industries. In the field of agriculture, specialized agencies regularly exchanged information on the production situation of the two provinces (scale, output, list of key units supplying agricultural products, livestock, especially pigs, chickens, vegetables, OCOP).

In the coming time, the two localities agreed to continue to maintain and expand comprehensive cooperation in all fields; increase information exchange, share experiences to support each other in building the political system, promoting socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, actively contributing to promoting regional connectivity.

Speaking at the conference, leaders of Bac Ninh and Bac Giang provinces highly appreciated the results in implementing the comprehensive development cooperation program between the two sides.
