Great National Unity Day in Quarter III, Suoi Hoa ward

(BNP) - On the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the traditional day of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (November 18, 1930 - 2020), Mr. Nguyen Nhan Chien, Member of the Party Central Committee, Head of Provincial Delegation of National Assembly on November 1st attended Great National Unity Day in Quarter III, Suoi Hoa Ward, Bac Ninh city.

During the program, the delegates and the local residents of Quarter III reviewed the heroic history of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the past 90 years and evaluated the results of the campaign of  "Building a new rural, civilized urban area" in 2020 as well as directions and tasks in 2021.

Quarter III, Suoi Hoa ward has now 2,300 inhabitants in 520 households, namely cadres, civil servants, state employees, retired cadres, business and services households (accounting for 35%). The campaign "All people build new rural and civilized urban area together" in 2020 has been widely deployed with positive results. 98.3% of households reached cultural households.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Chien acknowledged and praised the achievements of Quarter III, Suoi Hoa ward in recent years. He also suggested that Party committees, branches, unions and mass organizations of Quarter III to promote the achieved results and the tradition of unity; promote the campaign " All people build new rural and civilized urban area together", focus on economic development, build a civilized culture and lifestyle, ensure security, order and hygiene environment ....; actively participate in building the Party, building a clean and strong government, contributing to building the homeland and the country.

On this occasion, Mr. Chien awarded Certificate of Merit of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to Quarter III; presented a photo of "Uncle Ho - Uncle Ton" and gifts from the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to the village’s carders and people. Many collectives, individuals and cultural families received Certificate of Merit; 7 disadvantaged households received gifts.
