Standing Vice Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan presents Tet gifts at Nursing Center for people with meritorious services and social protection

Standing Vice Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan, presented Tet gifts to the Center.

The center currently cares for and educates nearly 190 disabled children in special circumstances and nurtures 7 abandoned children. Besides learning culture, children are also trained in life skills, vocational training, and career guidance to integrate into society.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Standing Vice Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan kindly visited and encouraged the children to overcome their inferiority complex and difficulties and strive to rise up in life. On the occasion of Tet and Spring, he wished officials, teachers, and children a new year of good health, peace, luck, and happiness.

He urged the staffs and teachers at the Center to continue to bring enthusiasm, love and responsibility to nurture, take care of and compensate for disadvantages, help children integrate into the community, become useful citizens for society.
