(BNP) - The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued Decision on approving the project to adjust the Zoning Plan of Que Vo Industrial Park (IP) Expansion 2, Bac Ninh province, scale 1/2000.

Accordingly, the drainage canal (MN02) is adjusted to move to the West to the western boundary of the Industrial Park (adjacent to the green isolation strip); the position of the canal after adjustment is adjacent to the current residential area of Yen Gia village, Chi Lang commune, ensuring drainage for the Industrial Park and increasing the drainage capacity for the current residential area. The drainage direction, drainage connection point and technical solution of the canal after adjustment remain unchanged compared to the approved master plan and zoning plan.
In addition, adjust and merge land lots B and C into land lot BC with an area of about 32.60 hectares; merge land lots E and F into land lot EF with an area of about 22.85 hectares, creating land lots with large sizes and scales suitable for production lines and factory buildings according to the needs of investors.
