Accordingly, the 2025 Autumn Fair will be held for 10 days, from October 26 to November 4, 2025 at the Vietnam Exhibition Center, Dong Anh, Hanoi. Participants include enterprises, cooperatives, and production and business establishments of all economic sectors operating in Bac Ninh province. The expected scale of the province's pavilion area includes two areas:
The booth area has an area of 200m2 in the "Vietnamese Autumn - Autumn Colors and Fragrances" subdivision chaired and implemented by the Ministry of Industry and Trade: Displaying and promoting typical and unique products, products with collective brands, certified brands and geographical indications of the locality. Among which: Space 1 has an area of 50m2 including garment products (Bac Giang BGG Garment Corporation, Bac Giang LGG Garment Corporation, Yen Dung YDG Garment Corporation, Crystal Martin Vietnam Co., Ltd....); paper and packaging products (Bac Giang Import-Export Joint Stock Company, Palmy Packaging and Label Joint Stock Company...). Space 2 has an area of 50m2 including food and beverage products (Vifoco Joint Stock Company, Global Food Import-Export Joint Stock Company...). The 70m2 booth area in the "Cultural Industry - The First Golden Season" sub-zone chaired and implemented by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism: Organizing a space to display intangible cultural heritages recognized by UNESCO (Quan Ho Bac Ninh, Then); organizing the exhibition, introduction and demonstration of Vinh Nghiem woodblock printing - a documentary heritage of the Asia - Pacific region recognized by UNESCO; creating and showing video clips introducing Bac Ninh tourism.
