Bac Ninh announces information on social housing construction investment projects in Bac Giang ward and Tan Dinh commune

(BNP) - The Provincial People's Committee recently signed Decision on announcing information on social housing construction investment projects including: Social housing area in Dinh Tri - Tan Dinh New Urban Area, Bac Giang Ward and Tan Dinh Commune; Social housing area in the Northeast Urban Area, Bac Giang Ward.

Specifically, the social housing area in Dinh Tri - Tan Dinh New Urban Area, proposed to be implemented in Bac Giang Ward and Tan Dinh Commune, has a land use area of ​​approximately 4.99 hectares; of which, the land area for social housing construction is approximately 3.27 hectares; and the land area for external transportation is 1.72 hectares. The land plot for the social housing project consists of a 20-story building above ground and one basement level, with a building density of approximately 65% ​​for the basement, 40% for the base, and 33% for the tower. The total construction area is approximately 8,160 m². The project is expected to provide approximately 2,254 social housing units, accommodating around 4,271 people.

The functional spaces within the building include: a basement for parking; commercial and service areas on the first and second floors; residential units on the remaining floors; and communal living spaces, public areas, and technical facilities serving the entire building. In addition, there will be building technical systems and other infrastructure (outside the building) ...

Currently, the land for the project has not yet been compensated, cleared, or had its technical infrastructure built.

The project implementation schedule is 12 months from the date of approval of the investment policy and assignment of the investor, completing all procedures related to investment, land, construction, environment, fire safety, design, construction permits, etc., and commencing construction. 36 months from the date of approval of the investment policy and assignment of the investor, construction, acceptance testing, completion, and handover of the project for operation and commissioning.

Regarding the Social Housing Project in the Northeast Urban Area, Bac Giang Ward, the land area is approximately 3.67 hectares; of which the land area for social housing construction is approximately 3.4 hectares, with a 20-story building above ground and 1 basement floor, totaling approximately 13,500 m2. The project is expected to provide approximately 1,900 social housing units, accommodating about 3,950 people.

The functional spaces within the building include: a basement for parking; commercial and service areas located from the 1st to the 3rd floor; residential apartments on the remaining floors; and communal living spaces, public spaces, and technical facilities serving the entire building. The project implementation schedule is from Q1/2026 to Q4/2026, completing procedures related to investment, land, construction, environment, fire safety, design, and construction permits... and commencing construction. From Q1/2027 to Q4/2028, construction, acceptance testing, completion, and handover of the building for operation and commissioning will take place.

Investors interested in the two projects should submit their project proposals according to regulations. The deadline for receiving applications for investment policy approval and assignment of the project owner is 30 days from the date of project information announcement (February 25, 2026). The receiving agency is the Bac Ninh Department of Construction, located on floors 15-18, 21-story building, Inter-Agency Complex, Quach Nhan Street, Bac Giang Ward, Bac Ninh Province.
