(BNP) - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a Decision approving the investment policy and assigning the investor to implement the social housing project at lot CT1 in the new urban area east of Voi town, Lang Giang commune, Bac Ninh province.

Bong Lai Social Housing Joint Stock Company has invested in the Social Housing Project located at plot CT1 in the Eastern New Urban Area of Voi town, Lang Giang commune. The land area is approximately 1.263 hectares. The project will be erected on site CT-1 of the Eastern New Urban Area in Voi town, Lang Giang district (now Lang Giang commune, Bac Ninh province).
The project's building items comprise high-rise social housing flats, a fully integrated transit system, and external technological infrastructure inside the project's limits. The social housing consists of two buildings with 20 above-ground floors and one basement floor. The basement construction density is approximately 47.5%, while the tower construction density is approximately 29.3%. The total construction area is approximately 3,700m2, and the total floor area is approximately 80,000m2.
The project is expected to have approximately 648 apartments, ranging in size from 25 to 77 square meters. The basement is designed for parking and technical facilities; floors 1, 2, and 3 are for commercial and service businesses; and floors 4 to 20 are for residential apartments. The functional spaces within the building include: residential apartments; commercial and service areas; community living spaces; parking areas; and public, service, and technical spaces for the entire building. The project will provide accommodation for approximately 1,346 people.
