(BNP) - In order to continue disseminating and popularizing the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws on fire prevention, fighting, and rescue (FPFR), while simultaneously implementing regulations on decentralization, reduction, and simplification of administrative procedures in FPFR, the FPFR Police Division of Bac Ninh Provincial Police recently organized a conference to support and guide the implementation of FPFR for businesses in Yen Phong II-C industrial park and Hoa Phu industrial park.

Attending the conference were more than 200 delegates representing the Provincial Industrial Zones Authority; leaders of Viglacera Infrastructure Enterprise of Yen Phong II-C industrial park; Hoa Phu Invest Company Limited; heads of establishments and businesses, and officers assigned to perform FPFR at production and business establishments in Yen Phong II-C industrial park and Hoa Phu industrial park.
At the conference, the speaker from the FPFR Police Division disseminated Government Resolution No. 66.18/2026/NQ-CP dated May 18, 2026 on decentralization, reduction, and simplification of administrative procedures and business conditions; simultaneously guiding FPFR safety conditions for establishments in accordance with the provisions of the Law on FPFR.

In addition, delegates were briefed on the responsibilities of heads of establishments in disseminating, popularizing, and educating knowledge and laws on FPFR; establishing and managing grassroots FPFR forces and specialized FPFR forces; issuing internal FPFR rules; organizing, inspecting, and supervising compliance with FPFR regulations; ensuring funding for FPFR activities; equipping and maintaining the operation of FPFR equipment; developing and practicing firefighting and rescue plans; training and fostering FPFR professional skills. At the same time, notes were made on several contents during the process of deploying and maintaining FPFR safety conditions at establishments.

During the discussion session, representatives of establishments and businesses shared the difficulties and obstacles encountered during the implementation of FPFR regulations, and at the same time requested the FPFR Police Division to provide specific guidance on solutions to overcome existing shortcomings.
Representatives of the FPFR Police Division directly answered matters of concern to businesses, especially the implementation of administrative procedures in the coming time; guided businesses to self-assess their level of meeting FPFR conditions; advised on suitable solutions, measures, and remediation roadmaps for each establishment. At the same time, they emphasized that overcoming existing FPFR shortcomings was a mandatory requirement and the direct responsibility of investors and heads of establishments and businesses in complying with legal regulations on FPFR.
