(BNP) - The Organizing Committee of the 2026 Bac Ninh Robocon Competition has just issued Plan No. 84/KH-BTCCT to organize the qualifying round of the 2026 Bac Ninh Robocon Competition.

According to the Plan, the qualifying round of the 2026 Bac Ninh Robocon Competition is organized with the aim of selecting high-achieving teams, ensuring the competition process is serious, objective, and fosters a spirit of solidarity, effort, and creativity among participating teams. Preparation of conditions for the competition is required to be thorough and in accordance with regulations, contributing to improving the quality and prestige of the tournament.
Regarding the organization, the qualifying round will be held in a combined centralized and online format, with scoring based on the Robosim software. Participants are teams that have registered and meet the eligibility criteria as decided by the Organizing Committee. The qualifying round will take place from 1:30 PM on March 7, 2026, with the opening ceremony and official competition held on March 8, 2026 at the Bac Ninh Provincial Gymnasium. Teams must prepare their own computers with Robosim software installed and other necessary technical equipment for the competition.
Regarding organization and implementation, the Organizing Committee requests the Department of Education and Training, the Provincial Youth Union, and the People's Committees of communes and wards to coordinate and facilitate the participation of educational institutions and Youth Union/Team organizations with participating teams to ensure adequate preparation and safety during the competition. Members of the Organizing Committee, the Secretariat, and relevant units will carry out their assigned tasks; partner businesses will prepare the necessary technological infrastructure for the qualifying round. Teams and their instructors should proactively prepare the best possible conditions to achieve high results in the competition.
