(BNP) - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 595/QD-UBND approving the detailed plan for the investment project to build infrastructure for the Tam Da - Dung Liet 2 Industrial Cluster in Bac Ninh province.
The Tam Da - Dung Liet 2 Industrial Cluster aims to attract high-tech industries, small-scale handicrafts, and supporting industries that do not cause environmental pollution.
The Tam Da - Dung Liet 2 Industrial Cluster covers an area of approximately 51.01 hectares located in Tam Da and Yen Trung communes, Bac Ninh province. It is planned to be green, clean, with a modern, environmentally friendly, and integrated technical infrastructure system; attracting high-tech industries, small-scale handicrafts, and supporting industries that do not cause environmental pollution, such as: Mechanical engineering; supporting industries; Packaging processing (excluding paper production); no recycling production...
The spatial organization and landscape architecture of the industrial cluster include: A central management and service area located at the central intersection, facilitating convenient communication and transactions. A production service area is situated along the access road of Provincial Road 277B, convenient for businesses providing industrial production support services and other services. Land for the construction of factories and warehouses is arranged based on the transportation network, creating favorable conditions for businesses to operate.
A system of green spaces and water features is arranged in surrounding belts around the project, combined with greenery along the roads, to form an ecosystem, landscape, and regulate drainage in the area. In addition, other technical infrastructure facilities are located in suitable positions to ensure connection with external infrastructure and convenience during operation.
The total planned area is approximately 510,159 m2, of which industrial production and warehouse land accounts for approximately 316,163 m2, representing 62%, with a maximum building density of 70% and a maximum height of 5 floors. Public service land within the industrial cluster covers approximately 19,496 m2, with a maximum building density of 60% and a maximum height of 7 floors. Green space and water bodies account for 15.2%, of which green space accounts for 10%; with a maximum building density of 5%. Technical infrastructure land accounts for 1.1%; with a maximum building density of 40% and a maximum height of 2 floors. Transportation land, including sidewalks and roadways, accounts for 17.9%.
The planning of the Tam Da - Dung Liet 2 Industrial Cluster aims to supplement industrial land, serving the goal of attracting investment in industrial production, supporting industries, auxiliary industries, high-tech industries, and small-scale handicraft industries in the area. It provides concentrated production space, applies scientific and technological advancements, contributes to improving economic efficiency, creating jobs, increasing people's income, and boosting local revenue.
