(BNP) – In recent years, Goertek Company (Que Vo Industrial Park, Nam Son Ward, Bac Ninh Province) has proactively conducted training and cooperative training programs, partnering with Vietnamese universities and colleges as well as universities in China to develop high-quality human resources for the digital industrial sector, meeting the company’s needs and contributing to the labor market in Bac Ninh.

With the goal of implementing a talent localization strategy, since 2022, Goertek has established a training center to bridge the gap between theory and practice for college and university students, enhancing practical applicability and enabling them to quickly adapt to real work environments. To date, the company has collaborated with numerous colleges and universities nationwide to expand its training cooperation model, helping to develop highly skilled and application-oriented human resources.

Notably, the opening ceremony of a tripartite training program (University – Enterprise – University) was recently held at Shandong University (China), a key national university that frequently ranks among the Top 20–30 universities in China and within the Top 600–800 worldwide. This program is part of a strategic partnership between Goertek, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, and Shandong University, aimed at training high-quality human resources for the digital industrial sector.
According to the program roadmap, students will study for the first 3.5 years at Hanoi University of Science and Technology, followed by 0.5 years of specialized training and practical experience at Shandong University in an international environment. The training program is designed to align closely with enterprise needs, combining professional knowledge, advanced Chinese language training, and hands-on experience in a modern technological environment.

Through this cooperation program, Goertek expects to train a new generation of high-quality Vietnamese engineers with strong professional expertise and a global mindset, contributing to the robust development of Goertek as well as the industrial sectors of both Vietnam and China. This also marks an important step in building an integrated ecosystem of training, research, and production, bringing practical benefits to universities, students, and enterprises.
