(BNP) - On the morning of November 4, at the headquarters of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, the Dong Nai Provincial Delegation led by Mr. Vu Hong Van, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies of Dong Nai Province visited, encouraged, and presented gifts to support Bac Ninh province’s people to overcome the consequences of storms and floods.

Welcoming the delegation were Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hong Thai; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thi Huong; Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Thi Ha; leaders of the Provincial Public Security and the Provincial Party Committee Office.
On behalf of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee, Secretary Vu Hong Van presented VND 6 billion to support the people of Bac Ninh province to overcome the consequences of storms and floods; and gave VND 1 billion to support the families of Bac Ninh Provincial Public Security’s officer affected by natural disasters and storms and floods.

The Dong Nai Secretary expressed his hope that Bac Ninh province would continue to unite, overcome difficulties soon, restore production and business, and gradually stabilize the lives of people in areas affected by storms and floods. At the same time, the province continues to promote the tradition of solidarity, creativity, and advantages after the province's merger, boost socio-economic development, improve people's lives, maintain security and defense, and build Bac Ninh province into a bright spot in the socio-economic development of the region and the whole country, he added.
For his part, Bac Ninh Secretary Nguyen Hong Thai pledged to use the support resources for the right purposes and allocate them promptly to help localities promptly overcome the consequences, restore production, compensate for damage caused by storms and floods, and soon stabilize people's lives and production.
