(BNP) - On August 11, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Thinh visited and worked with ORGEN International Trade Development and Investment Joint Stock Company (Sasaki brand) at Tien Son Industrial Park to research Sasaki freeze-drying solution.

On behalf of the company, Ms. Tran Thi Thu Trang, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and General Director, introduced the Sasaki freeze-drying technology. This is a smart, multi-functional drying solution that integrates three drying technologies into one 'ALL IN ONE' system, offering a distinctive and optimized approach to agricultural drying.

This technology features automatic sterilization during the drying process, using either UV light or integrated heating, depending on the nature of the product. It also automatically recovers condensed water to produce medicinal extracts and pure essences, thanks to a unique moisture separation and recovery system designed specifically for Sasaki. By applying this technology, it is possible to dry products to a soft or crisp texture while preserving their original color, aroma, and taste. Additionally, it allows for the simultaneous drying of various types of products on a single drying line, significantly shortening drying time, reducing labor costs, and ensuring consistent and stable product quality.
At the meeting, delegates exchanged, discussed and clarified the benefits of using Kasaki freeze-drying technology in agricultural product processing for communes and cooperatives in the province with large agricultural raw material areas; the province's support policies in applying high technology in agricultural production and processing...

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman Thinh highly appreciated the Sasaki drying technology. He noted that Bac Ninh province produces approximately 1 million tons of various agricultural products annually, highlighting the essential need for processing technologies to enhance product quality and added value.
He requested the Company to coordinate and provide support for drying solutions using Sasaki freeze-drying technology to cooperatives in the province; continuously innovate, enhance professionalism, and research and develop new technologies to contribute to the province’s overall development; create favorable conditions for local cooperatives to access, purchase, and effectively utilize the company’s technologies.

The Vice Chairman affirmed that provincial leaders, departments, branches, and localities will collaborate closely and actively support the Company in continuing to invest, expand production scale, and promote the application of science and technology throughout the production process.
