The delegation offers incense at the Provincial Martyrs’ Memorial.

Attending the incense offering ceremony were Mr. Phung Duc Chien, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee and Head of Provincial Party Committee's Organization Commission; Mr. Ha Sy Tiep, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee and Head of the Provincial Commission for Mass Mobilization; Mrs. Nguyen Thi Van Ha, Chairwoman of Provincial Labor Federation.

With the tradition and ethic of “When drinking water, remember the source”, at the Provincial Martyrs’ Memorial, the delegation respectfully offered fresh flowers and fragrant incense to express their deep gratitude to the Martyrs, outstanding people of Bac Ninh hometown who “lived with the Party, died without leaving the Party, have their hearts that shine forever for thousands of years”.

The delegation also offered incense at the Monument to Comrade Hoang Quoc Viet, an outstanding child of Bac Ninh - Kinh Bac hometown, a loyal and incorruptible communist soldier who strived and sacrificed his life for the independence and freedom of the country and the nation, as well as one of the excellent students of President Ho Chi Minh. He took many important responsibilities assigned by the Party, State and people such as Member of the Provisional Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Secretary of the Northern Party Committee, Member of the Politburo of the Central Executive Committee of the Worker’s Party of Vietnam, Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Prosecutor General of the Supreme People’s Procuracy...

The delegation offers incense to commemorate Comrade Hoang Quoc Viet.

The delegation, Trade Unions at all levels, officials, union members and employees of Bac Ninh province vowed to strive and unite to continue the glorious tradition of the Vietnamese working class. They would constantly improve the quality and efficiency of operations, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 20^th Provincial Party Congress and building Bac Ninh province to develop comprehensively, strongly and become a centrally-governed city.

The 17^th Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2023 – 2028 with the theme “Innovation - democracy - solidarity - development” takes place from October 9 to October 10 at Kinh Bac Cultural Center (Bac Ninh city). This is an important political event of the working class and Provincial Trade Union, marking a new development step of the Trade Union.
